The Prayer

I prayed God above be our eyes and watch us where we go ,
And help us to be wise in times when we don't know ,

Let this be our prayer when we lose our way ,
Lead us Lord to the place , guide us with your grace ,
To the place where we'll be safe .


I pray we'll find God's light and hold it in our hearts ,
When stars go out each night ,
Remind us Lord where you are ,
Let this be our prayer when shadows

Fill our days ,
Help us find the place , guide us with
Your grace ,
Give us faith so we'll be safe .

A world where pain and sorrow will be ended And every heart that's broken will be mended And we'll remember we are all God's children , reaching out to touch You , Reaching to the sky . We ask that life be kind and watch us from above , We hope each soul will find another soul to love , Let this be our prayer , just like every child .
